The Bible encourages us as soldiers to put on our armor (Ephesians 6:11, 13) and to pray without ceasing (1 Thess 5:17) and also to study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Tim 2:15)

To be fit spiritually as soul winners we undertake POYA weekly (currently every Thursday on conference call or in some chapters in-person meetings) to study the word of God and pray. It is a must for all DEW members.
