God’s Comfort
God comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. .
2nd Corinthians 1:4 (NIV)
I began having severe panic attacks in my mid-thirties. Within weeks I was admitted to a psychiatric hospital and diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I had no history of mental illness, so this experience was frightening. A great doctor, the right medications, and a change in diet stabilized my system.
